Who Are Primrose First Aid Training?

OUR STORY

Primrose First Aid Training was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to empower people of all ages with the lifesaving skills that can make the difference between life and death. Led by Emergency First Responder Kingsley Ogedengbe, Primrose has provided certified courses to thousands of individuals—children and adults alike. Kingsley’s passion for first aid stems from his own experiences as a father, trainer, and caregiver, driving him to ensure that every learner walks away with the knowledge and confidence to act decisively in emergencies.

OUR MISSION

We believe that everyone, regardless of age or background, should be equipped with essential first aid skills. By making training accessible, relatable, and interactive, Primrose First Aid Training aims to reduce the fear and uncertainty that often arise in critical situations. We exist to give you the skills and self-assurance needed to step forward rather than hesitate when an emergency strikes.

Who Are Four Paws Forward?

OUR STORY

Four Paws Forward (4PF) began as a simple idea sparked by one family’s love for dogs. Seeing firsthand how challenging it can be to balance a busy life with a pet’s constant need for exercise, companionship, and care, our founder, Reece, decided to turn his passion into a full-time mission. Starting out by walking neighbourhood dogs and providing pet-sitting for friends, Reece discovered the joy of helping pet owners feel confident and at ease, knowing their dogs were in safe hands. Today, 4PF has grown into a trusted community resource, serving dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities with personalised attention and genuine affection.

OUR MISSION

At 4PF, our goal is to create a stress-free, nurturing environment where every dog can thrive—whether they’re here for a walk, doggy daycare, or an overnight stay. We believe in building strong relationships not just with the dogs, but also with the people who love them. By providing consistent, reliable, and high-quality services, we strive to make life easier for pet owners and more enriching for their furry companions. Our commitment extends beyond day-to-day care, as we aim to be a positive force in our local pet community through education, advocacy, and giving back.

OUR APPROACH

Drawing on his extensive experience as an NHS Emergency First Responder, children’s author, songwriter, presenter, and creator of the Faskin and Reach4daBeat first aid board game, Kingsley designs courses that are hands-on, engaging, and relevant. Every session seamlessly blends real-life scenarios, practical demonstrations, and collaborative activities—ensuring participants not only learn, but truly internalise, the techniques they need to save lives. Whether training a group of schoolchildren or a corporate team, our approach centres on fostering a supportive learning environment that inspires action and retention.

OUR PROMISE

At Primrose First Aid Training, we promise to equip you with the skills, perspective, and confidence to make an impactful difference when it matters most. From basic CPR and wound care to emotional support and advanced emergency response, our curriculum addresses a full spectrum of life-saving techniques. By the end of your training, you’ll feel prepared to safeguard not only your own well-being but also the well-being of others in your community—fulfilling our ultimate goal of helping you become a true lifesaver.

OUR APPROACH

We recognise that every dog is unique, so our services are tailored to individual needs and personalities. From daily exercise walks to fun socialisation sessions in our daycare, we carefully plan each activity to ensure physical stimulation, mental enrichment, and plenty of cuddle time. Safety is paramount; we maintain small group sizes, follow secure pick-up and drop-off procedures, and keep detailed notes on each pet’s preferences and health requirements. Our team is trained in animal first aid, positive reinforcement techniques, and canine behaviour, ensuring that your dog experiences a safe, loving, and engaging atmosphere every time they’re with us.

OUR PROMISE

Above all, we promise to treat every dog in our care as if they were our own. That means providing a warm, welcoming environment where tails never stop wagging. We are committed to open communication—sending regular updates, photos, and videos so you can rest easy while your pet is in our hands. Our passion for animal welfare drives us to continually improve, stay updated on the latest in pet care, and always go the extra mile for our furry clients. With 4PF, you can trust that your dog’s well-being, happiness, and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
